My home phone isn't working.
And AT&T has been to my home twice in the past two months - three times in the past year.
What do they suggest when I choose to notify them about their crack-assed service?
Go out and fix it myself.
I'm not kidding.
This is the message that appears when I notified them online (because God forbid that someone at AT&T Service can actually pick up the damn phone).
